steps. Follow them to shop quickly and efficiently. Over time and after a few purchases,
you are bound to develop your own style:

Finding Items you wish to buy :
|
|
|
Nilami House is a virtual supermarket,
but is laid out simply as a series of distinct online stores. If you
know the product you wish to purchase (like Modern Art or Jewellery),
just enter the relevant store using the links on the top of every
page.
Once inside a store, we urge you to spend a few moments on the home page of the
store you entered. At a glance this will tell you all that’s happening in this store
currently (offers, promotions, bargains, deals, events etc.). This will probably
help you decide which section you wish to go to next.
To help you locate your products faster across our selection of merchandise, you
can use our browse and search features:
You can browse through products in different product categories using the links
on the left panel of each store. Once you find items that you wish to buy, you can
click on the Image of the product for more details on the product.
If you know what you want, you can directly go to the product of your choice using
the "Search" feature accessible from the top of every page on the store.

Adding Items to your Shopping Cart:
|
|
|
Once you are ready to purchase an item, click on the link "Add to shopping cart"
next to it. This will add the product of your interest from the store into your
own shopping cart.
At this stage, if you have not signed in, we will ask you to enter your NilamiHouse
user id and password. if you dont have a NilamiHouse user id and password, you would
be required to submit some simple details, including a NilamiHouse user id and password
of your choice. You will use the same user id and password for all your subsequent
visits to NilamiHouse.
You can add as many items you require from any of our stores to your shopping cart
in a similar manner. All stores of NilamiHouse are just a click away and located
at the top of your screen.
Once you have finished adding items to your cart, you are now ready to check out.
Just click on the "View Shopping Cart" icon available on the left panel of every
page of the store.

Checkout:
|
|
|
|
On the shopping cart page, you will use either the "Proceed to Express Checkout"
or "Proceed to Normal Checkout " option to begin the checkout process. For first
time shoppers, we recommend use of the "Normal Checkout" option.

Provide Shipping Details:
|
|
|
You can provide an address where you wish the ordered items to be delivered. At
NilamiHouse, you can choose different shipping addresses for different items in
the same order. What's more, you can even choose different dates for having these
items delivered.
You can also enter your own gift message to accompany the shipment and also choose
to get the items gift wrapped. |

|
Pay for your order:
|
|
|
After you have entered the shipping details, you can apply any valid NilamiHouse
Discount Coupons you may have with you.
You can pay for your order using a plethora of payment options, ranging from NilamiHouse
Gift Certificates, your reward points, to credit and debit cards, direct bank account
debits and even cash or cheque-on-delivery, or send us a cheque/demand draft. |

Confirm your order:
|
|
|
|
Now you will be shown the summary of your order. Just confirm your order and enter
the payment details to complete the ordering process. On the next page, you will
be shown your order number. You will now be informed regularly on the status of
your order by emails from NilamiHouse.

Tracking your order:
|
|
|
|
You can also track the status of your order anytime by going to the "My Account"page
and clicking on the "Track your pending orders" link. |
