The Wish List is a feature by which you can shortlist items across NilamiHouse and
store them for future access and convenient purchases subsequently. You can even
allow your friends / relatives to access your Wish List to help them gift you items

|
An online shopping cart is similar to the cart you use in physical supermarkets.
You add items that you wish to purchase into it and proceed to pay for your order.
You can add as many items you want from any of our stores.

"Recommend to a Friend" mean? |
|
All items at NilamiHouse have a "Recommend to a Friend" option. Using
this, an email is sent to your friend on your behalf, with a recommendation message.

| What is My Account?
|
|
"My Account" allows you complete control over your transactions at NilamiHouse.
Not only can you manage / edit all your personal data like address, phone numbers,
email ids, you can change your user ids and passwords. You can also track the status
of your pending orders or edit them through this section.

Yes, we deliver items ordered online.

do I do in case I receive a defective / damaged item from Nilami

| If an item ordered by you on NilamiHouse
is delivered to you in a damaged / defective condition, please
email us at info@nilamihouse.com
for a replacement. When we ship out the replacement item to
you, we will also have the defective / damaged item picked up
from you at our cost. |

To provide you a worry free shopping experience on NilamiHouse, we offer you a No
Questions Asked Return Policy. Within 7 days of receiving your shipment, you may
return any unopened item in its original packaging, for a refund (excluding shipping
costs).

NilamiHouse offers you a variety of convenient payment options to choose from, so
that you can transact at NilamiHouse conveniently in a secure manner. We hope that

At Nilami House, it is safe to use your
credit card to make payment for your order.
Nilami House uses the latest encryption technology to ensure

In fact, we have a secure digital certificate from Verisign
Inc., one of the world's largest secure digital certificates
issuing company.
All your personal information like user name, passwords, credit card number, transaction
history are encrypted so that they cannot be read as it travels over the Internet.
Further, at Nilami House, we insist on you entering the CVV
(Credit Verification Value) number on your credit card. This
is a 3 digit number which follows your credit card number and
is given at the back of the card. In other words, even if someone
has access to your credit card number alone (this is possible
since you leave behind this number every time you transact with
your card anywhere, including physical stores / outlets), they
cannot use it to transact at NilamiHouse without the CVV number.

Gifting at NilamiHouse is hassle-free with many options like delivering your gifts
with your own personal message on specific dates and also getting them gift wrapped,

or pay for my orders using a Nilami House Gift Certificate?

| Each Nilami House gift certificate carries
a unique 17 digit gift certificate number which is printed/displayed
on the Gift Certificate. You should use this number to redeem
your gift certificate and pay for your order. |

No. You can order as much or as little you want from any of our stores. At NilamiHouse,
we believe that all orders, irrespective of their values are equally important.

Yes, you can order items from multiple stores in a single order. This is one of
the many conveniences in shopping online at the NilamiHouse supermarket.

You can use
different types of discount coupon and discount codes at NilamiHouse
while shopping online. The

| What are Normal
and Express Checkouts? |
To complete your order after adding items to your shopping cart,
you can choose between Normal Checkout and Express Checkout.
In the normal checkout option, You need to enter the shipping
address and select your payment option as part of the checkout
process. However, if you choose the express checkout option, your
shipping address and the payment option will get picked up automatically
based on your default settings. You will still get a chance to
reconfirm the details before you exit. This will save you time
as you start shopping regularly.

| How do I check the
current status of my orders? |
You can review the status and other information of all your orders,
whether pending or fulfilled, that you have placed with NilamiHouse.
To check the status of your pending orders, click on the My
Account link in the top right of any page on our store.
This will take you to your My Account page, where you can click
on the Track Your Pending Orders link to view the
status of all orders that have not yet been fully delivered. To
view the status of a specific order, click on the Order
Number. After your order is shipped out from our warehouse,
we will send you a mail with the shipping details.
To review the details of orders that have already been fulfilled,
you can click on Review Your Purchase History link
on your My Account page. To get the details of a specific order,
click on the specific Order Number.
